Just The Facts
-->What are your expectations of your
landscape and landscape contractor?
Just saying I want green grass is not good
enough. Lay out your expectations, follow up and hold
them accountable.
--> What really needs to be in your landscape contract? Do
you know or do you just renew without questioning?
In these tough times if your looking to save money, start
with your contract.
--> Do you believe curb appeal affects your business and
quality of clients? Emotions are and will be powerful
motivators.
--> Demand excellence and be willing to pay for it. Quality
comes from experience and YES, it may cost a little
more, but convenience and peace of mind are cheaper
in the end.
--> Stay involved with your contractor and walk with them
monthly. Build a relationship and you will be surprised
how much better things will be. Talk with them, they also
have a life outside of work.
-->Remember, this is still business and your contractors
performance reflects on you. If you hired them, built the
relationship and they're still performing poorly, move on
to someone new and start again. Your reputation
is your most important asset.
